Lauren received her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan (B.A., Political Science) and her law degree from Fordham University School of Law. During law school, she worked for the New York Attorney General's Office and the American Civil Liberties Union and served as an Notes & Articles Editor of the Fordham Law Review. Upon graduation, she practiced commercial litigation at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. Thereafter, she was the Manager of Legal Recruiting at Sullivan & Cromwell, where she recruited law students, lateral, and foreign attorneys for the New York, Frankfurt, London, Paris, Tokyo, and Hong Kong offices, and at King & Spalding in New York City. Lauren planned and executed the summer associate program, oversaw the lateral hiring process, and worked closely with the Professional Development and Diversity departments. In August 2012, Lauren became a Career Counseling Consultant to Fordham University School of Law, where she counsels law students and alumni on job search strategy and career development. Lauren is also a Certified Professional Career Coach with the Professional Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches and a member of the National Association for Career Development.
